Estrella D. Correcher Juliá (1962). B.A. in Public
Administration and Management at the Universidad
Politécnica de Valencia (UPV) (2002/2005).
The bachelor thesis was a comparative study based on
benchmarking techniques applied to Research Results
Transfer Offices (OTRIs) in public universities in the
Spanish regional state of Valencia. The study being extended
to a selection of Spanish public university OTRIs in the area
of research results management.
In 2007 the Bachelor thesis was awarded second prize by the
jury of the Sixth Archimedes Introduction to Scientific
Research Prize (VI Certamen Arquímedes de Introducción a
la Investigación Científica) organised by the Ministerio de
Educación y Ciencia in Spain in November 2007.
Postgraduate studies: degree at Universidad de Alcalà modality e-learnig expert in
Consulting e-ICT: Management and Information Management and their technologies:
Design and development of business enterprise systems of information. (2008)
Professional experience in the field of private enterprise (1982/1991) and in different
Public Administrations (Generalitat Valenciana, Universidad de València, Estudi
General) (1993/2001).
Currently a full-time member of staff at the Centre for Innovation, Research and
Technology Transfer (CTT) at the UPV.
