Silvana Raffa is the supervisor of the Data Exchange and Data Quality Business Unit of CSI–Piemonte - ‘Consorzio per il Sistema Informativo del Piemonte’ – a regional-based inter-University Consortium for the regional information system. She holds a degree in Computer Science from the Mathematics and Physics Sciences Faculty of the University of Turin. The unit she manages deals with data quality management for both operational and decisional systems and with Data Governance and Semantic Interoperability issues.
