Cos’è?
Il Forum di ESIIG 2 è uno strumento di partecipazione on-line messo a disposizione da Regione Lazio affinché gli stakeholder europei attivi in materia di eGovernment possano esprimere il proprio parere riguardo alla rete ERNI - European Regional Network on Interoperability con l’obiettivodi promuovere e migliorare l’interoperabilità nell’iGovernment nelle Amministrazioni Pubbliche Europee; contribuire alla sua costituzione al fine di realizzare un network abilitante di servizi al cittadino realmente interoperabili tra le amministrazioni regionali di tutta Europa.
Il documento di discussione messo a disposizione è la Proposta di creazione della Rete ERNI presentata durante i lavori del Primo Vertice Europeo sull’Interoperabilità nell’iGovernment tenutosi a Valencia nel novembre 2006.

What is it?
The ESIIG 2 Forum is a on-line participation tool provided by Regione Lazio to allow European stakeholders active in the field of eGovernment to express opinions about ERNI - European Regional Network on Interoperability, with the aim of promoting and improving the interoperability in the eGovernment in the European public administrations; contributing at the constitution of ERNI, realizing a network capable to enable really interoperable services amongst regional public administrations all over Europe.
The document available for discussion is the Proposal for the creation of ERNI, presented during the First European Summit on Interoperability in the iGovernment, celebrated in Valencia, in November 2006.

Qual è il suo obiettivo?
Con il Forum è possibile inviare commenti, suggerimenti, proposte al fine di rendere la Proposta di creazione della rete ERNI un documento rappresentativo degli auspici e delle esigenze prioritarie delle regioni europee in materia di interoperabilità.

What is its objective?
Through the Forum you can send your comments, suggestions or indications to make the Proposal for the creation of ERNI a representative document for all auspices, needs, priorities of the European regions concerning interoperability.

Qual è la sua funzione?

Il Forum è uno strumento che agevola il confronto, il dialogo e l’interazione tra gli attori europei per promuovere l’Interoperabilità non solo a livello tecnologico, ma anche a livello inter-personale e inter-istituzionale.

What is its purpose?
The Forum is a tool that enables the discussion, debate and interaction amongst European stakeholders and intends to promote interoperability on a technological, inter-personal and inter-institutional level.

Come partecipare ?
Per inviare un commento entra nelle categorie riportate a destra. È possibile inviare commenti nelle sezioni “La mission di ERNI”, “La funzione di ERNI come FORUM di dibattito”, “Attività che ERNI svolgerà per raggiungere i suoi obiettivi”, “Temi indicati dalla Commissione Europea per la modernizzazione”.
I commenti possono essere inviati in : italiano, inglese, francese e spagnolo.

Per inviare un commento è necessario inserire obbligatoriamente i campi “nome e cognome”, “E-mail” e “Organizzazione”.
Tutti i contributi e commenti, una volta pubblicati sul Forum, saranno visibili a tutti con l’indicazione del nome, cognome ed ente dell’autore, con l’esclusione dell’indirizzo E-mail.

How to participate?
To send a comment entre in the categories indicated on the right. It is possible to send comments in the following sections of the Proposal: “Mission of ERNI”, “ The function of ERNI as a debate FORUM”, “Activities that ERNI will carry out in order to reach its objectives”, “ Themes indicated by the European Commission for the modernization”.

Comments can be sent in the following languages: Italian, English, French and Spanish.
To send a comment it is mandatory to insert the following details: “name and surname”, “E-mail” and “Organization”
Once published in the Forum, all users will be able to visualize the contributions and commentaries together with the name, surname and organization of the author. The authors’ email addresses won’t be displayed.
